Goal: Learn and apply the strategies for effective communication and interpersonal relationship.
Duration: 1 Hour
Your communication skills play a critical role in your ability to succeed as an engineer, especially keeping your clients happy, which will generate repeat work. However, with all of the different forms of communication today, it can be a challenge to consistently communicate and collaborate effectively, and failure to do so can be catastrophic to your career and life overall.
Learning Objectives: During this session, Seller-Doer Academy members will learn how to:
- Listen actively,
- Say things with diplomacy and tact,
- Adapt to others’ communication styles,
- Use non-verbal communication techniques.
