Your communication skills play a critical role in your ability to succeed as an engineer, especially keeping your clients happy, which will generate repeat work. However, with all of the different forms of communication today, it can be a challenge to consistently communicate and collaborate effectively, and failure to do so can be catastrophic to your career and life overall.
